Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within hours of your order shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and regional LTL freight companies to offer the most competitive rates.
For LTL freight shipments, you'll see an itemized freight cost at checkout. Additional services like liftgate delivery and inside delivery are available as add-ons.
Every order receives a tracking number, whether it ships via ground, expedited, or LTL freight. Tracking information is emailed to you and available in your account dashboard at any time.
You can also track your order using your order number and email address.
Before signing for any delivery (especially LTL freight), inspect all packages for visible damage. If damage is found, note it on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges and transit time apply to AK & HI).
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're located outside the United States and need Lutz pumps or parts, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help find a solution.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date. You're free to cancel any backordered item at no charge before it ships.
For special-order items or custom configurations, lead times vary. Our team will provide a timeline when you place the order.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship in separate packages or from different locations. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment. You won't be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
