Polypropylene Drum Pump Tubes

Polypropylene pump tubes for a wide range of acids and alkalis, the workhorse material for chemical transfer. Available sealless (MSL) or with a mechanical seal (MMS) in standard immersion lengths of 27, 39, and 47 inches; sealless versions go up to 78 inches for totes and tall tanks. The drive shaft is Hastelloy C with stainless steel as an option, and the shaft rides on chemical-resistant PTFE bearings. Sealless tubes keep the pumped liquid away from the drive shaft, which cuts wear and avoids deposits with liquids that crystallize or harden. Seal modules are interchangeable, so a tube can be converted between sealless and mechanical seal during service without special tools. All tubes fit every Lutz motor. The standard lengths are stocked; if your chemical is not on the resistance chart, call us before you order and we will check it.
